Workshop Summary
This is an introductory workshop which focuses on performance poetry.
The performance poetry scene in the UK has seen an increase over the last 2 decades of new writers getting involved in performing this is due to more people finding out about the benefits of expressing there self though writing and finding communities who are willing to listen to there material.
Participants will learn a variety of skills and take part in a range of excises which will help and encourage ideas so they can develop there own unique voice and performance style.

· Learn about language, art and music which will help forge exciting and interesting sessions to ignite creativity

Level-No experience necessary! The workshop is suitable for beginner poets/writers, individuals who are looking for a class for pleasure or to gain extra confidence.
Venue -TBC, We hire out several venues within the community which have easy access to transport services and links, to host the workshops, so we can provide an efficient service. Workshop venues will be confirmed along with the start date of the workshop.

Lesson duration-1hr 30mins
Cost- £35
Places per group- 8
Weekdays 4pm-5.30pm, 6pm-7.30pm
Weekends 11am-12.30pm 2pm-3.30pm
